Work
Built from the ground up. Proven in real operations. Applied to your business.
Our foundational case study is Ready Front Real Estate, an operating brokerage whose complete technology platform we engineered from the ground up. Every system below runs in production. These are capabilities proven in real operations, not separate client projects.
Case study 01
Integrated business technology architecture
- The challenge
- A brokerage usually runs on separate vendors for its website, CRM, email, phone, documents and data, each with its own copy of the customer and none sharing what they know.
- The engineering solution
- One architecture designed from the ground up: a shared database layer, a public website, iOS and Android apps, a broker command center, communications and background workers on managed cloud infrastructure, all reading and writing the same record of every customer and listing.
- What was achieved
- The website, both mobile apps, the CRM and customer communications run the brokerage every day on one system we engineered and operate.
- How it transfers to your business
- Any business running on several disconnected tools can be brought onto one designed architecture, in stages, without stopping operations.
Case study 02
Customer onboarding and account provisioning
- The challenge
- Enrolling a new member meant identity checks, signed agreements, payment, tax forms and account setup, each handled by hand.
- The engineering solution
- A guided enrollment flow with identity, document signing, payment and tax forms, single-use activation links, and automatic provisioning of each member's own branded site and access.
- What was achieved
- Enrollment through activation was proven end to end in production, and the activation flow passed all 23 of its verification checks.
- How it transfers to your business
- Client onboarding, member enrollment and account setup in any business that signs up customers or partners.
Case study 03
Data integration and operational intelligence
- The challenge
- The business depends on large licensed data feeds with strict rules about what may be shown publicly and what must stay internal.
- The engineering solution
- Continuous ingestion and normalization, separate governed data lanes for public and internal use, derived views for fast filtering, and audits that compare every derived value with its source.
- What was achieved
- An October 2026 audit found the public financing filters in exact agreement with the source data on every active single-family home, with zero contradictions.
- How it transfers to your business
- Any business that relies on outside data feeds, licensed data or several internal systems that must agree.
Case study 04
Customer communications and workflow orchestration
- The challenge
- Customers arrive through the website, the app, phone and email, and follow-up depended on someone noticing.
- The engineering solution
- One contact record joined to email, text and scheduled calls; alerts driven by customer behavior; follow-up that schedules itself; and a background job system with deduplication and controlled retries.
- What was achieved
- Every inquiry lands on one record with its full history, and scheduled calls carry automatic reminders. The system is in daily use.
- How it transfers to your business
- Sales teams, service businesses and any company that handles inbound customers.
Case study 05
Document processing and electronic signatures
- The challenge
- Transactions require state-mandated forms, filled correctly and signed by several parties in a set order.
- The engineering solution
- Form filling from structured data and dictation, sequential multi-party signing where each signer receives the document with every prior signature, signature placement that refuses to send when a position is not mapped, and a complete audit trail.
- What was achieved
- Full sign-through was proven on state contract forms, with the final executed copy delivered to every party.
- How it transfers to your business
- Contracts, agreements, applications and compliance documents in any industry.
Case study 06
Web and mobile application engineering
- The challenge
- Customers expect the same account, the same data and the same experience on the web and on their phone.
- The engineering solution
- A web platform and native iOS and Android apps built on one backend, with shared accounts, saved activity and direct push notifications.
- What was achieved
- The apps are published on Google Play and the Apple App Store and share one account and data layer with the website.
- How it transfers to your business
- Customer apps, field-team apps and portals that need to stay in step with a web platform.
Case study 07
Intelligent voice search in English and Spanish
- The challenge
- Real searches are full sentences with several conditions, filter menus are slow on a phone, and many customers speak Spanish.
- The engineering solution
- Speech recognition in the phone's language, translation of Spanish requests into a standard search request, conversion into structured search filters, and a deterministic check that every filter matches what the person actually said.
- What was achieved
- Voice search runs in the app in English and Spanish, including mixed Spanish and English, and is tested against a suite of 1,456 sentences built from real listing fields.
- How it transfers to your business
- Natural-language search for catalogs, inventory and records, and service for multilingual customers.
Case study 08
Automated content research and media production
- The challenge
- Accurate, data-driven local content takes hours of research, writing and editing for each piece.
- The engineering solution
- A production pipeline from verified data queries to scripts, narration, rendered video, captions and platform checks, then publishing to each channel with a dry run first and a receipt for every post.
- What was achieved
- A weekly data-driven video series is produced on it. A person reviews and approves every release before it is published.
- How it transfers to your business
- Reports, market updates and marketing content produced from a business's own data.
Source code, production data and administrative systems are not shown publicly. We are glad to walk through the engineering in more depth during a consultation.
