Case study · Client: a Texas real estate brokerage
Customer communications and workflow orchestration
Every inquiry lands on one customer record, and follow-up schedules itself instead of depending on someone remembering.

The engagement
The client's customers arrive through the website, the app, the phone and email. Before, follow-up depended on someone noticing a new inquiry and remembering to act on it.
We joined every channel to one contact record and built follow-up driven by what customers actually do: alerts when a customer returns or saves a home, follow-up that schedules itself, and booked calls that send reminders to the customer and the broker 30 minutes before the call.
Underneath is a background job system with deduplication and controlled retries, so a message fires exactly once even if the same event arrives twice. The system is in daily use.
- The challenge
- Customers arrive through the website, the app, phone and email, and follow-up depended on someone noticing.
- What we built
- One contact record joined to email, text and scheduled calls; alerts driven by customer behavior; follow-up that schedules itself; and a background job system with deduplication and controlled retries.
- How it applies to your business
- Sales teams, service businesses and any company that handles inbound customers.
