The engagement
Bringing a new member into the client's brokerage meant identity checks, agreements to sign, a payment, tax forms and accounts to create. Each step was handled by hand, and nothing confirmed the steps had been done in order.
We built a guided enrollment flow: identity, document signing, payment and tax forms in sequence, then a single-use activation link the broker sends when everything is approved. Activation creates the member's login, provisions their branded site and grants exactly the access their role allows.
We proved it end to end in production. The activation flow passed all 23 of its verification checks, and access controls passed all 10 isolation checks, so one member can never see another member's customers.
- The challenge
- Enrolling a new member meant identity checks, signed agreements, payment, tax forms and account setup, each handled by hand.
- What we built
- A guided enrollment flow with identity, document signing, payment and tax forms, single-use activation links, and automatic provisioning of each member's own branded site and access.
- How it applies to your business
- Client onboarding, member enrollment and account setup in any business that signs up customers or partners.
