The engagement
Real estate transactions in Texas run on state-mandated forms that must be filled correctly and signed by several parties in a set order. Our client needed that inside their own system, not in a separate vendor's portal.
We built form filling from structured data and from dictation, and sequential signing for up to seven roles, from buyers and sellers to both agents and the broker. Each signer receives the document with every earlier signature already on it, and the final copy goes to everyone only when the last signature is in.
Signature positions come from the official form fields. If a form's positions are not mapped, the system refuses to send it instead of guessing. Full sign-through was proven on state contract forms, every signer box landed correctly on a six-signer form, and a monthly job checks the state's site and alerts the broker when a new form version is published.
